Parish Updates

Saturday next 28th May is a massive and very special day for the Club and Parish
as we celebrate La Na gClubanna at Pairc Chiaran.
The day’s events commence with “Coaching Clinic” by the Senior Football Panel for all underage Teams at 5.15p.m., followed at 7p.m. by mass for deceased members and
Parishioners and Blessing of Club Grounds by our Parish Priest, Fr. Merlin Kenny.   
If weather is not favourable, on the evening, mass will be celebrated in the Church.  
After mass we proceed to the Parish Hall “The Hill” at 8p.m. for Launch and release
of Anniversary Book “125 Years of Cashel G.A.A. by local Author Jimmy Casey, N.T.
with our special guest, Stadium Director of Croke Park and Cashel Native, Peter McKenna, plus refreshments, music and entertainment.The night will also feature the promotion and releasing of details of our major Fundraiser of the year “Night at the Dogs” at Mullingar Race Track on Saturday 9th July.   This will be followed by Seisium and entertainment at “The Local”.   
A splendid night is assured so we extend a warm Cead Mile Failte to all.

The Walking Group continues on Saturday mornings leaving The Hill at
10.00 a.m. All are welcome.

Cairde Beag enrolment is now open for September 2016 and with the introduction of the second free preschool year.

Good2Talk offers counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, families, couples and teenagers on a contribution basis. No more than €25.

The Club invites people to take out membership and to support the Club Lotto.  Club members will visit the houses of the parish in coming weeks to provide details enabling people to do this.
