MONSTER AUCTION
Newtowncashel Community games are holding a Monster Auction at 1pm on Sunday 19th of April in the Hall in Newtowncashel.

NATURE WALK

The Newtowncashel Tidy Towns Annual Sponsored Walk, takes place on Bank Holiday Monday, the 4th of May. Sponsorship cards are available from committee members and the local shop.

IRISH HOSPICE FOUNDATION
The Irish Hospice Foundation is seeking to appoint experienced, energetic people to raise funds in the local area through a variety of fundraising activities canvassing for donors who are willing to support its work through regular monthly payments. These positions are self-employed long term. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role which will involve a variety of fundraising activities. Full training will be provided. BOIL WATER NOTICE
A Boil Water Notice was issued by  Irish Water and Longford County Council on Wednesday the 3rd of September. Most of the Southern half of the Parish of Cashel is affected. Specific details, advice and instructions are given with the notice.

SET DANCING

Set Dancing classes will be held in Sorohan's Lifebelt Bar,Ballyleague,
each Tuesday at 8.00 p.m.
Beginners and experienced dancers catered for.This is an opportunity to get fit while having fun.

DOG WARDEN
The Dog Warden will be in the area in the coming weeks inspecting dog licences.  All dog owners are asked to ensure that they have the necessary paperwork in order!

CASHEL GAA

The Club invites people to take out membership and to support the Club Lotto.  Club members will visit the houses of the parish in coming weeks to provide details enabling people to do this.
