FISHING COMPETITION
Cashel Angling Club held their Annual Monster Pike Fishing Competition last Sunday November the 3rd 2019 at Barley Harbour.
Places were limited to 30 boats and 30 boats competed . .
First Prize €1000 , Robbie Mc Cormack,with a pike weighing 17 lb 5 oz..
Second Prize €500 Neil Cooney ,
Third Prize €400 Brian Connaughton ,
Fourth Prize €300. Tom Skelly
This was a Catch and Release Competition

FREE TRANSPORT
The Irish Cancer Society operates a free transport service for patients attending hospital for chemotherapy treatment. Volunteer Drivers pick the patient up at the door of their home, drop them at the hospital door, then when finished treatment, will pick them up and drop them home. Volunteer expenses are paid.
