NEWTOWNCASHEL DRAMA
This years production by Newtowncashel Drama Group, the comedy "Too Close to home" by Jimmy Keary, will be staged on the nights of the 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th of March, in The Hill Newtowncashel. The booking line is now open, please call 086 252 1536 to reserve tickets. Price is €10 or €5 for primary school children. We operate a ticket only policy to ensure no overcrowding or cramped seating. We hope fans of amateur drama can join us for another great season.
BISHOP'S VISIT
Bishop Duffy will celebrate Mass in Newtowncashel on this Saturday the 14th and Sunday the 15th of February,at the invitation of the Parish Council.The Senior Choir will sing on Saturday evening and the Junior Choir will sing on the Sunday morning.

DEATH.
We extend our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of the late Teresa Finnegan (née Casserly),Cormaglava,who passed away on Sunday the 8th of February 2015. May her Soul Rest in Peace.

CEMETERIES COMMITTEE
The AGM of the Cemeteries Committee will take place on Wednesday February 11 at 8.30pm in the Hall. This committee has been in existence since October 1992 with many of the original committee still actively involved. Most of the current committee wish to retire and it is expected that those who have expressed an interest in undertaking this valuable work will come along on Wednesday night and become involved to ensure the survival of this Committee.
