TABLE QUIZ
The Newtowncashel Playground Committee are holding a fundraising Table Quiz in The Peer Inn. Lisnacusha,
on Friday night the 23rd of January ,starting at 9.00 p.m. Tables of four are €40.00.
There will be a Raffle on the night. Refreshments will be served. Hope to see you there, for such a worthwhile cause.

TIDY TOWNS
Newtowncashel Tidy Towns holds it's Annual General Meeting in The Hill, on this Wednesday the 14th of January,at 8.00 p.m. All are welcome.

IRISH LANGUAGE GROUP
Classes for adults resume after the Christmas Break, this Wednesday night the 14th of January in the Co-Op Building Kenagh ,
( The Old National School) at 8.00 p.m. Why not come along and improve your spoken Irish, in comfortable and informal surroundings.
All levels are catered for, so whether you are proficient, or only have the cúpla focal, you will be welcome.

GOLDEN WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
We extend congratulations to both Joe and Tess Mulvihill , who celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary, with their family, on last St.Stephen's Day,the 26th of December ,2014, in the Glasson Golf Hotel .We wish them many more years of happiness together.

SPRING STATIONS
The Spring Station Masses will be celebrated from the 2nd to the 27th of February.Householders who are to hold the Stations,may arrange dates when convenient,if they have not already done so.
