M.S. CHRISTMAS DAY RUN
The Annual Christmas Day Run from Newtowncashel to Lanesborough in aid of the Longford branch of MS Ireland is now in it's 26th year. Over the years it has raised much needed funds for Longford MS and last year over 140 walkers and runners took part. We are again asking for your continued support this year and hopefully we'll be able to further increase the number of participants and sponsorship for what is a very worthy cause. SANTA COMES TO CASHEL
Santa Claus will arrive at The Local in the Village at 3.30 p.m. on Sunday the 18th of December.If it's as good as last year,then it will be a wonderful family afternoon for all.
TRAD SESSION

A Benefit Card Game will be held in Kenagh Community Centre, this Thursday the 15th pf December 2016. This game is for Peadar Mc Garry,from Kenagh,who was injured in an accident,3 months ago. Eucharistic Adoration takes place every Wednesday from 3.00 p.m. to 9 .00 p.m. Similarly, on Fridays after Mass there will be Adoration from 8.30 p.m. to 9.00p,m
SETT DANCING CLASSES
Classes commenced on Tuesday 20th September in St. Failtheachs GAA club house at 8pm.
Classes are suitable for beginners and you dont need a partner.
