Text messages were issued recently, notifying members of the start-up of the scheme. Anyone who did not receive a text should contact a member of the committee. .Likewise, those who have to get involved ,may do so by leaving their name, mobile number and €5.00 in a designated envelope at Kenny's shop in the Village. Text Alert signs ,incorporating the Garda telephone number ,have been erected on approach roads.All are urged to be vigilant and to notify An Garda Siochana ,should they notice anything suspicious.
CASHEL DRAMA
Newtowncashel Drama Group Social night out - All Ireland One Act Drama Festival. We invite our fans to join us on our first night on tour at Gallonray House, Cootehill, Co. Cavan on Saturday the 8th November. We will be performing 'Cliff's Edge' by Paul Beard, a one act black comedy. We have a bus organised, return ticket €10 and admission to the festival is €10 per person.
