JUNIOR CHOIR
The Junior Choir will rehearse in the Church this Saturday the 15th of March from 5.30 p.m to 6.30 p.m.,in preperation for 'Do this in Memory on Sunday the 23rd March.Please note the earlier date for the rehersal due to Confirmation on Saturday the 22nd March.

This year's theme for the Longford st.Patrick's Parade,which commences at 12.30 p.m.,is 'Longford;Arts and Culture'.St.Fáithleach's G.A.A. car park is the starting point for the Lanesboro/Ballyleague parade at 2.30 p.m.
Entries close this wednesday the 12th of March.

SUCCESSFUL PLOUGHING BOOTCAMP
Spring was in the air on Saturday afternoon in Brian and Tess Doyle's field. A meithil of fourteen ploughs gathered for the annual Novice Ploughing Match.
With conventional and vintage ploughs in action, spectators enjoyed seeing older machines in action and recalled memories of farming in times past.
