VILLAGE PLAYGROUND
There has being a new committee formed in Newtowncashel recently with the sole objective of getting a children’s playground in the village.
The Committee was set up from the following representatives.
Chairperson Damien Geraghty, Secretary Shelia Mulvihill, Treasurer Enda Healy, Assistant Treasurer Declan Fox and Pro Christy Hopkins.
More information will follow in the near future.

Well done to all involved in the One Act Play over the past few weekends.Going to press,full results are not avaiLable.Full report and details next week.

CHRISTMAS CRAFT FAIR
Monster pre Christmas craft and artisan fair will be held in the GAA complex in Newtownforbes on Sunday 23rd November from 11-4pm. A huge variety of stands attending with raffle for Christmas hamper on the day. Funds in aid of Pieta House. Refreshments available. CONCERN FAST
The Concern Fast and Church Gate Collection takes place on December 6th and 7th. We are again asking for your support. Concern are working hard in Africa to help the poorest of the poor. The threat of the deadly Ebola viru is a serious problem in West Africa and once again we really need your support.
