DRAMA
Everyone is hard at work on this seasons production "Philadelphia Here I Come" written by Brian Friel. Cast are busy rehearsing, make-up are all organised and the stage is coming together beautifully. Opening Friday February 21st and running through Saturday 22nd to Sunday 23rd, by kind permission of Samuel French Ltd. We hope fans of Amateur drama will join us once again in The Hill Newtown Cashel for a great nights entertainment.

SOCIAL
A Social in aid of Father Tom Kearney's missionary work in Cuba will take place in the Peer Inn,Lisnacusha,this Friday the 31st of January.Music is by The Caseys.Admission is optional.All are welcome.

COMMUNITY GAMES
The Table Quiz held in The Peer Inn,Lisnacusha last Friday night was a great success.After a double tie-break the winning team were as follows;
John Flood ,Paddy Flood,Ger Slattery and Breda Slattery.
Runners up were;John Mulvihill,Leo sweeney,Des Sweeney and Gerry Trimble.
The Junior table winners were;Aine Bannon,Niamh Skelly,Molly Fox,Lauren Casey and Brian Kelly.
Runners up were;Joseph Kenny,Conor Skelly,Emma Casey,Cathy Kelly and Dominic JeffreyThanks to Declan Foxfor the use of the premises,sponsors for the raffle and all those who supported us on the night.The County Community Games are holding a Table Quiz on February the 7th.More information next week.

Our Indoor Soccer team were narrowly beaten 4-3 by Kenagh last Sunday in St.Dominic's Community Centre.This was a great game and was extremely close up until tghe final whistle.A large panel turned up on the day which was great to see.Thanks to Managers Ray Curley and Owen Casey for their hard work with the team.In the Badminton the following were runners up recently;Aine Bannon,Ciara Healy,Niamh Skelly,Lauren Casey and Molly Fox.
